We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering & Cloud Operations to architect and lead our engineering strategy, platform architecture, and cloud infrastructure operations. You’ll drive critical decisions and implementations across infrastructure, backend systems, web, and mobile applications, while ensuring robust cloud operations leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and engineering strategy for infrastructure, backend, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Oversee GCP cloud operations, including Cloud Logging, Monitoring, Security Command Center, Secret Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Cloud Armor.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain our microservices platform using Node.js, NestJS, Go, Python, Postgres, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ.
  • Enforce best practices around authentication, authorization, and application security posture.
  • Manage large-scale containerized deployments using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and containerd.
  • Lead Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) strategies leveraging Terraform and ArgoCD.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to support mobile/web application development using Flutter, Firebase, React.js, and TypeScript.

Guide technical integrations involving advanced AI/ML technologies (LLM, LangChain, LangFuse).


Salary

$190,000 - $200,000 per year
