Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and facilitating activities for campers to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Essential Duties:

Organize and lead recreational activities for children

Supervise campers during activities and enforce camp guidelines

Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for campers

Assist in resolving conflicts or issues among campers

Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times

Serve as a role model for campers by demonstrating good sportsmanship and behavior

Participate in group activities such as singing, storytelling, and games

Education and Training:

Experience working with children is preferred

Knowledge of recreational activities, arts, or crafts is beneficial

Leadership Skill: Ability to effectively lead and engage children in various activities

Physical Demands:

Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

May work in outdoor weather conditions with moderate noise levels

Ability to communicate effectively in English
