Dripping Springs Racquet Club is Austin's premier state-of-art club where you can relax, meet friends, and get into the best shape of your life. We offer a Tennis Junior Program that is dedicated to the well-being of each student with a strong emphasis on the developmental process as well as programs for adults of all ages and abilities. Dripping Springs Racquet Club (Formerly Polo Tennis & Fitness Club) in Austin, Texas is seeking a Pickleball Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide instruction for pickleball clinics and lessons to individuals and groups of all levels, including ladies teams and juniors.

- Organize and promote racquet sports clinics, special events, and programs to engage and retain members.

- Supervise racquet sports play, enforce club rules, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

- Represent the club in state or national events when possible.

- Assist with court maintenance and stringing as needed.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- USTA NetGeneration Certification required.

- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching pickleball.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- U.S.T.A. DUPR rating of 4.0 or higher preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in outdoor conditions.
