The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support at the private racquet’s sports club. This role involves greeting members and guests, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities and promoting sales of Pro shop merchandise. The Front Desk Associate acts as the first point of contact for members and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and administrative support at the exclusive private golf club. This role involves warmly welcoming members and guests, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring the efficient operation of front desk activities while promoting sales of Pro Shop merchandise. The Front Desk Associate serves as the initial point of contact for members and visitors, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

Member and Guest Services:

Warmly greet members and guests with a high level of professionalism.

Provide detailed information about club amenities, events, and services.

Promptly and courteously handle member inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Assist with member check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Promote Pro Shop merchandise sales by highlighting product benefits and features.


Reservations and Scheduling:

Efficiently manage tee time reservations to ensure accurate bookings.

Schedule golf lessons, clinics, and other club activities with precision.

Keep thorough records of reservations and cancellations up to date.

Coordinate with instructors and staff to confirm availability and make schedule adjustments as needed.


Administrative Duties:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage other forms of communication effectively.

Process membership applications and renewals accurately.

Assist with billing, payments, and account inquiries professionally.

Maintain organized and precise records of member information and transactions.


Facility Management:

Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area consistently.

Ensure informational materials, such as brochures and schedules, are readily available and current.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Support in setting up and coordinating club events and activities seamlessly.

Assist in maintaining pool and pool deck areas, court water coolers, etc. 


Communication and Coordination:

Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Relay important information and updates to members and staff promptly.

Assist in promoting club events and programs through various channels like flyers, newsletters, and social media.


Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.

Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Cultivate a positive and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Salary

$13 - $15 per hour
