Position: Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Grand Prairie | Mansfield | Duncanville

Schedule: Monday – Friday Base Salary: $35,000 + Commission + Bonuses

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads to offer personalized auto, home, and life insurance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and exceptional service
• Master quoting and sales systems (training provided—no experience needed!)
• Collaborate with a motivated team focused on personal and professional growth
• Participate in contests, team events, and leadership development opportunities
