Position Title: Enrollment & Recruitment Associate

Reports To: CEO & Founder

Position Overview

The Enrollment & Recruitment Associate will be responsible for creating and executing a targeted marketing plan using social media and Google to recruit participants for the Pathway System before open enrollment.

With the mission of “disrupting and reversing the cycle of poverty,” the Enrollment & Recruitment Associate is an integral part of the Pathways team, helping to find and empower women who wish to move from poverty to prosperity.


Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Creation: Design targeted marketing and recruitment campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Google (SEO, Google Ads, and Google Grants if applicable).
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Help the PR team build and optimize digital intake forms, landing pages, and tracking systems to capture, monitor, and convert potential participant leads.
  • Content Creation: Create the plan to develop compelling, culturally sensitive, and empathetic copy, graphics, and video content tailored specifically to resonate with single mothers striving for self-sufficiency.
  • Community Outreach & Networking: Design a plan to identify and collaborate with local community organizations, food banks, shelters, school districts, and faith-based groups to build a strong referral network.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or talent/participant recruitment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, SEO basics, and graphic design tools (like Canva).
  • Mission Alignment: A deep passion for social justice, poverty alleviation, and empowering single mothers.
  • Communication Style: High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate empathetically and build trust quickly with a diverse, vulnerable population.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to look at data/metrics and understand what is working and what needs to be tweaked in the marketing strategy.
  • Compliance: A strong commitment to the DCI Code of Conduct & State/Federal Compliance. 


Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 per year
