Location: Cases available throughout Long Island, Massapequa, Riverhead, Farmingdale
Starting Pay Rate: $23-$30 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Long Island, with coverage in Massapequa, Riverhead, and Farmingdale. In this role, you will work closely with clients in
home and community settings, implementing treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients based on insurance-approved goals and objectives
- Collect data on client progress in line with insurance requirements and treatment goals
- Complete and submit accurate documentation required for insurance reimbursement, including session notes and data collection
- Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust client programs based on data-driven insights
- Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Attend training and supervision sessions to maintain compliance with insurance requirements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current RBT certification or the willingness to obtain within 90 days (training assistance available)
- Previous experience working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with insurance documentation and requirements (e.g., session notes, billing codes) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes and community settings across designated areas
