This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on executing public-facing marketing and community outreach initiatives. You will support content creation, digital campaign execution, website updates, and promotional materials while ensuring all marketing activity follows existing brand standards and complies with ethical and HIPAA guidelines for healthcare marketing. You will collaborate with leadership and team members by contributing ideas and insights during planning and brainstorming conversations. Your primary responsibility is to execute approved outreach initiatives accurately and consistently across all marketing channels.

We are especially committed to supporting first responders and strengthening collaboration among mental health professionals, medical providers, and law enforcement to improve community well-being.

Marketing plays a meaningful role in helping our clinic raise community awareness and connect individuals to available services through clear, ethical, and compliant public messaging. We are seeking a Marketing & Outreach Assistant to support these efforts through thoughtful, hands-on marketing execution across digital and community marketing channels. 


This position is initially part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on business needs.


What you’ll do: 

Marketing Execution & Outreach 

  • Support execution of public marketing campaigns across social media, website platforms, community outreach efforts, email newsletters, and digital advertising using approved messaging. 
  • Assist with promotion of new services, events, and educational programs through compliant public outreach materials. 
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning discussions by providing creative ideas and performance insights to support decision-making. 


Brand Application 

  • Apply existing brand standards across marketing content, digital assets, printed materials, and community outreach collateral. 
  • Support rollout of approved brand updates across all public-facing marketing channels. 
  • Review materials for alignment with visual identity, messaging tone, and compliance standards. 


Content Creation & Design 

  • Create graphic content, still imagery, and short video materials for public marketing and outreach use. 
  • Write compelling marketing copy for: 
  • Social media posts 
  • Website updates 
  • Email newsletters and announcements 
  • Community brochures and informational flyers 
  • Presentations supporting outreach and referral education 
  • Create materials supporting clinic visibility, community referral relationships, and internal engagement initiatives, such as team announcements, milestone celebrations, and other internal communications. 


Digital & Website Support 

  • Update website content using Squarespace. 
  • Build and manage landing pages for promotional initiatives. 
  • Perform basic HTML edits as needed. 
  • Ensure website content aligns with current branding and compliance guidelines. 


Social Media & Community Presence 

  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 
  • Support general, non-clinical engagement with the community in comment moderation and direct message routing using approved response guidelines. 


Campaign & Outreach Support 

  • Assist with coordination of paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube using approved messaging. 
  • Support public email communications such as newsletters and educational announcements. 
  • Assist with logistics and materials for community events, presentations, and external referral outreach initiatives. 


Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track performance of public marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social engagement. 
  • Prepare summary reports to support campaign evaluation and improvement. 


Collaboration & Operations 

  • Work closely with leadership and clinic team members to coordinate marketing and community outreach efforts. 
  • Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, project trackers, and reporting documentation. 
  • Independently manage daily marketing priorities and deadlines while coordinating approvals and direction with leadership. 


Ethical & HIPAA Compliance 

  • Perform all marketing responsibilities with strict adherence to healthcare marketing ethics and HIPAA privacy standards. 
  • Ensure no protected health information (PHI) is created, accessed, shared, or used as part of marketing activities. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or agency support roles. 
  • Comfortable creating both static graphics and short-form video content. 
  • Experience updating websites using Squarespace or similar platforms. 
  • Basic HTML editing skills preferred. 
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus. 
  • Strong writing skills with attention to accuracy, tone, and confidentiality. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. 
  • Collaborative working style with ability to operate independently within a small team environment.

Salary

$19 - $25 per hour
