Position Summary

The Program Manager oversees staff hiring, training, and oversight for ICF, HCS, and Private Pay programs. The primary goal is to ensure staff are equipped to provide a high quality of care and an excellent quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development & Leadership: Oversees the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development—while fostering staff excellence through consistent mentorship, training, and clear guidance.

  • Operations: Coordinates staff training, schedules WDSP coverage, and manages the weekend activities schedule.

  • Advocacy: Serves as a liaison and advocate between staff, families, and the Ranch.

  • Operational Continuity: Maintains a hands-on presence by providing direct care and program support within the residences as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery during staffing gaps.

  • Compliance: Ensures all paperwork is completed correctly and timely while collaborating with auditors during annual reviews.

Typical Work Schedule

  • Wednesday – Friday: 7:00am – 9:00am and 5:00pm – 10:00pm.

  • Saturday – Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.

  • Note: Schedule and hours will be adjusted according to the needs of the Ranch.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience: History of supporting individuals with IDD or other vulnerable populations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with business software (including EMRs) and knowledge of basic budgeting/accounting principles.

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, delegation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.

  • Compliance: Minimum age of 21, excellent driving record, and ability to pass an extensive background investigation.

Salary

$40,000 - $43,000 per year
