The Medical Transportation Driver is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Director of Client Services. The position is responsible for safely transporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities ("Rancers") to medical visits and travel hubs. Beyond driving, the role requires a compassionate individual who can support Ranchers during appointments, coordinate communication with healthcare providers and the nursing team, and manage required clinical documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma, and possess an excellent driving record. The role demands the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely maneuver wheelchairs or adaptive equipment. The work schedule is flexible and operates on an as-needed basis, typically Monday through Friday.
