The Client Services Representative is the first voice and face of Dove & Shield. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, collecting client intake information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they arrive. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring a warm, professional, and highly organized individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Opportunity This is not a typical receptionist role. At Dove & Shield, our clients are at the center of everything we do. When someone walks through our doors they should feel welcomed, cared for, and confident they are in the right place. You are the architect of that experience. You are the first voice they hear on the phone and the first face they see when they arrive. As our Client Services Representative you set the tone for the entire client experience, and as we grow, this role grows with you.


What You'll Do


  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Screen and route calls appropriately
  • Collect intake information from prospective clients and accurately log it in our case management system
  • Schedule consultations and appointments
  • Greet clients warmly and by name when they arrive
  • Offer refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable while they wait
  • Prepare the conference room before every client meeting
  • Create and organize physical client folders
  • Send initial client communications including welcome emails and document request lists
  • Track pending consultations and follow up on no-shows
  • Support attorney with client experience initiatives including review collection and client appreciation coordination
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

  • You can't commit to being in office Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM


Compensation & Benefits


  • $16-18/hour based on experience
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Paid lunch break (12:30PM-1:30PM daily)

  • PTO + Paid holidays


Schedule


  • Staff hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Firm hours: 9:30AM-5:00PM
  • Monday-Friday
  • In-office: Sandy Springs, Atlanta GA
