Manage Firm Calendar and assure there are no double bookings, and all necessary appointments and dates are scheduled to the calendar.
Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, communicating with opposing attorney offices, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines
Ensure client billing is processed properly using daily time records
Arrange travel, schedule meetings and appointments for the team, such as depositions, and coordinate with outside vendors for events.
Assist with the creation of various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents as needed.
Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary
Must be able to prioritize tasks with demanding deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs
Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills
