Dordick Law Corporation, a mid-sized personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Subpoena Records Clerk to assist our legal teams in managing subpoenaed records. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defect and road design. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles office.


As a Subpoena Records Clerk at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive Defendants' Subpoena order forms for medical, employment, and school records
  • Review litigation files to identify when subpoena order forms are missing and take appropriate action
  • Order the records from the subpoena companies based on the document production date
  • Monitor and follow up to ensure we receive all subpoenaed records
  • Properly name and upload subpoenaed records to our CMS
  • Work closely with paralegals and provide assistance as necessary with other subpoena-related tasks


  • Knowledge and experience of PI litigation
  • Knowledge and experience of medical records and billing
  • At least three years of experience working with subpoenaed records
  • Ability to speak/read/write Spanish is an asset but not a requirement

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
