Dordick Law Corporation, a mid-sized personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Records Legal Assistant to assist our legal teams in collecting and organizing medical records for litigation, and arranging treatment and other support for our clients. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our Riverside or downtown Los Angeles office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange medical care and diagnostics for our clients
  • Review litigation files to identify missing records and take appropriate action
  • Request medical records and billing
  • Properly name and upload medical records to our CMS
  • Work closely with paralegals and provide assistance as necessary with other records-related tasks
  • Request medical illustrations and otherwise assist in prepping cases for trial


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience of PI litigation and subpoenaed records
  • Knowledge and experience of medical records and billing
  • Ability to speak/read/write Spanish

Salary

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
