Dordick Law Corporation, an award winning civil litigation personal injury law firm, is seeking experienced legal assistants with prior plaintiff experience. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defect and road design. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles, Riverside, or Beverly Hills office.

As a legal assistant at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining Dates/Availability for Depositions, Mediations, and other appointments
- Basic Court Procedures including eFiling and Court Call/Court Connect
- Discovery Basics: Shells, Drafts, Depo Subpoenas, etc.
- Process Service Procedures for Complaints, Subpoenas, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation
-Paralegal certification or 2 years college or upper-level education unless your experience exceeds 5 years
-Must be adept in Office365, and familiar with CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
This is NOT an entry-level position. Some knowledge/experience with litigation is required. You must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management and interested in building a career.

Salary
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
