The Role

As a PRN Home Infusion RN, you will administer specialty infusion therapies (IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, TPN, and more) to patients in their homes. Visits are scheduled around your availability. You choose the patients and visits that fit your life.

What You'll Do

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusion therapies per prescriber orders
• Perform peripheral IV insertion, port access, and PICC/central line care
• Educate patients and caregivers on their therapy
• Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours

• Starting at $47/hour, W-2 employment (not 1099), with market-based rates in select states
• Paid hourly for time in the patient's home, with no shift minimums or on-call
• Mileage reimbursed at a competitive DOMO rate (currently the full IRS rate) for round-trip miles beyond your first 30

What You'll Need

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice (multistate compact license accepted where applicable)
• 2+ years of nursing experience; ICU, infusion, or home health strongly preferred
• Confident IV skills: peripheral insertion, port access, central line care
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
• Reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a smartphone
• Own basic clinical equipment (BP cuff, pulse oximeter, thermometer, stethoscope)
• Infusion supplies and meds come from the pharmacy and nurses only bring their basic equipment
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
