About the Role

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people function as a department of one. You will report directly to our CEO and own HR across all ten clinics, with recruiting as the biggest part of your role. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys filling roles with great people, coaching managers, and building HR practices that work in a fast-moving, multi-location business.

What You Will Do

•   Lead full-cycle recruiting for Chiropractic Assistants, front office and administrative staff, Clinic Managers, and Doctors of Chiropractic.

•   Build steady candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and local schools so our clinics stay fully staffed.

•   Partner with leadership,  Doctors and Clinic Managers on interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.

•   Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions, concerns, and investigations.

•   Guide managers through coaching, corrective action, and performance reviews.

•   Run payroll, recruiting, onboarding, PTO, and employee records in Gusto.

•   Ensure company’s compliance with Federal and Georgia employment requirements and maintain our handbook and policies.

•   Track turnover, hiring, and attendance trends and bring retention ideas to leadership.

What You Bring

•   Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years in a generalist or HR manager role with broad responsibility.

•   Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring for hourly roles.

•   Experience as the sole or lead HR professional in a small or multi-site organization.

•   Working knowledge of federal and Georgia employment law.

•   Hands-on experience running payroll in an HRIS. Gusto experience is a strong plus.

•   Sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, people-first approach.

•   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between clinics.

•   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

•   Healthcare or multi-location service experience is a plus.
