Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and production workflow
- Supervise and train cabinet makers and shop staff
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers and installers
- Manage materials, inventory, and equipment
- Enforce shop safety standards and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in cabinet making or millwork
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machines and cabinet software (Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, etc.)
- Commercial millwork experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
