Join Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic as a Patient Access & Outreach Representative. You will be the first point of contact for our patients: welcoming them, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and guiding them through every step of their visit. You will also represent the clinic in the community, taking part in health events and helping new patients connect with primary care and preventive medicine. Schedule: full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, plus one Saturday per month.
Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic is a primary care practice in south Orlando, serving a fully bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking community.
What sets us apart is the range of care we deliver under one roof. Patients move from primary care into preventive, functional, and obesity medicine without being handed off elsewhere — the same provider follows them throughout. Our approach is evidence-based and built around the individual, not a protocol applied to everyone.
We are a small team by design, which means every person here has real ownership of their role and direct access to the provider. If you want to see the outcome of your work instead of processing volume, this is that kind of practice.
