Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic is a primary care practice in south Orlando, serving a fully bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking community.

What You'll Do

• Provide follow-up care under the patient's established plan of care.
• Perform preventive and annual examinations.
• Manage chronic-condition follow-up visits.
• Close care gaps and support quality-of-care goals.
• Conduct telehealth visits through the clinic's approved platform.
• Complete and sign encounter documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the clinic's care team and respond to documentation queries.

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license and national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred).
• Florida autonomous practice registration, or a current written supervising-physician protocol that covers in-person and telehealth services.
• Current BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider level).
• Ability to complete credentialing with the clinic's contracted payers, including a current CAQH profile.
• Strong documentation skills and patient-centered communication.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in primary care, preventive medicine, or chronic care management.
• Telehealth experience.
