The Assembly and Warehouse Operator will work with the Operations Manager to assemble products for our customers and help to pick, pack, and ship goods to customers. It will require good manual dexterity, the ability to follow direction, and a focus on quality.


Team members participate in the growth and progression plan that can allow Tier I operators to grow in their role and in as little at 21 months be promoted to a Tier V operator making $25 per hour with 10 days paid vacation.


Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and materials

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

- Assist in the identification and sourcing of parts needed for repairs or replacements

- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Follow schematics and technical manuals to understand part specifications and installation procedures

- Utilize forklifts or other material handling equipment to transport heavy or bulky parts

- Pick items from shelves, box, and print shipping labels.

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive or industrial parts

- Experience working as a mechanic or in a similar role is preferred

- Proficiency in using power tools

- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify part needs and solutions

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary

$15 - $25 per hour
