- Work within established technical constraints, naming conventions, and asset budgets
- Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and animators to ensure assets support gameplay and production requirements
- Maintain a consistent visual style across new and existing content
- Participate in art reviews and iterate on work in response to creative and technical feedback
- Contribute practical improvements to the team’s art pipeline and documentation
- Create occasional 2D assets, icons, or promotional artwork where project needs and your skills align

- Strong knowledge of composition, color, form, lighting, and visual storytelling
- The ability to work within an established art direction while making sound creative decisions
- Experience taking assets through multiple stages of a production pipeline
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team
- The ability to organize your workload, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished work within sprint deadlines
Nice to Have

- Experience with mobile, free-to-play, or live-service games
- Skills in concept art, illustration, or character design
- Experience with animation, rigging, shaders, VFX, or motion design
