Specific Duties As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be passionate, highly goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial with the ability to take full advantage of all sales opportunities. Strong time-management, prioritization, and follow-up skills are a must. In your role as a Sales Representative, excellent verbal, and written communication along with interpersonal skills, are necessary for your success. You must have a strong work ethic and be eager and willing to learn our sales process. Below is a list of specific duties you will have in this position. They include but are not limited to:
• Generating in-home sales opportunities
• Building rapport and educating clients
• Identifying what a client needs and wants
• Effectively evaluating and measuring exteriors home
improvement project options
• Possess a consultative selling approach
• Negotiating and closing the sale using our minimum benchmarks.
• Keep communication with clients during the renovation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and project Manager.
• Work on job schedules with Client and PM.
• Keep all management as required by Dluxe
• Submitting project documentation on a timely basis
• Attending sales training and meetings for continuing education.
• Opportunity to attend Dluxe Construction home shows
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Sell products/serviced priced according to Dluxe Construction
standards
• Sign a minimum of 25% of all the leads provided by Dluxe
Construction for the first 4 months and generate your own leads.
