Dlivrd Office Vibe & Administration Assistant Horsham, PA · Part time

The Office Vibes and Administration Assistant is responsible for maintaining organization, coordinating plans, and executing tasks that enable dlivrd to build and preserve good office vibes while removing barriers for dlivrd personnel to work efficiently.


Cultivating good vibes

  • Coordinate recognition of employee milestones, birthdays, and other celebration days.
  • Ensuring public areas, including reception, conference rooms and kitchen as presentable, organized, stocked and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate organization of team or company-wide activities as required.

Communicating with good vibes

  • Checking main office number voicemail daily and centralized email to coordinate with appropriate people and respond to messages.
  • Monitor and share important information in company communication channels.

Shipping & receiving good vibes

  • Assist with packaging and shipping of goods to driver fleet, other offices, etc.
  • Receive and keep organized goods and mail delivered to office.

Spreading good vibes

  • Assist leadership team in scheduling of meetings, capturing/dissemination of meeting notes and calendar management.
  • Travel booking and management for internal teams to ensure time and cost optimization.
  • Aid in a variety of HR needs including onboarding new hires and ensuring great candidate experience.
