Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and tracks the processing and movement of driver partners while providing just-in-time troubleshooting where necessary
• Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Drivers, Clients) and internal customers (Logistics, Success & Engagement)
• Ensure a high level of driver partner retention and satisfaction by providing best-in-class support
• Resolve post-delivery issues by acting as platform intermediary between Dlivrd HQ and drivers
• In partnership with Logistics team, manage cancellations, reassignments, and driver
• reimbursements where applicable
• Assign deliveries to a team of delivery partners using in-house software

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work weekdays Monday-Friday 10a-6p, Training will be 8:30a-4:30p for the first 3-4 weeks
• “Dlivr” World-class customer service: Handle client, restaurant and driver partner concerns with a positive attitude
• Solutions Oriented: Problem solve and troubleshoot in real-time as complications arise
• Technologically Proficient: We work with a variety of applications that include a homegrown logistics software, Google Suite, and Slack among others
