Responsibilities

• Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Drivers, Clients) and internal customers (Operations, Success & Engagement)
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs
• Assign deliveries to a team of delivery partners using in-house software
• Use data-driven decision making to achieve daily operational excellence
• Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations. The ability to scale will be critical to all processes.
• Handle concerns with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Prior dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work weekdays Monday - Friday 8a - 4p, 9a-5p or 10a-6p with infrequent Saturday availability
• “Dlivr” World-class customer service: Collaborate with the Operations team to handle client, restaurant and driver partner concerns with a positive attitude
• Solutions Oriented: Problem solve and troubleshoot in real-time as complications arise
• Technologically Proficient: We work with a variety of applications that include a homegrown logistics software, Google Suite, and Slack among others
