The Crew Leader Assistant is responsible for performing general labor on job sites, assisting the Supervisor with leadership responsibilities with the goal of becoming a crew leader.
Description
Duties
- Performs various Handyman tasks such as painting, drywall repair, floor installation, framing, trim work, tile work, etc.
- Works with a 3 person team led by a Supervisor
- Assists the Supervisor in preparing and fulfilling job scopes
- Assists the supervisor in positioning personnel on job sites
- Assists the Supervisor in material orders
- Assists the Supervisor in maintaining company wide safety procedures on job sites
- Leads a team of 1-2 crew members for punch out jobs
- Works diligently to meet job deadlines with excellence
- Communicates well within the team setting
- Cultivates a winning and positive team culture
Qualifications
- 4 years handyman experience
- 1 year construction leadership experience
Salary
$22 - $24 per hour
