Seeking Superstar Office/Customer Service Team Member!

Do you love working with kids? Do you want to make a difference? DK Dance Productions is seeking a positive, can-do person for the role of Customer Care Specialist. Incredible attention to detail, enjoyment in serving people, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a MUST. You must have a high energy level to match our families, as well as excellent presentation and professionalism. Our programs go beyond technique and poise to develop important life skills – learning to be respectful, confident, and conscientious young people in the community.

We are looking to hire a superstar Customer Care Specialist to join our team!

Our new Customer Care Specialist will expand the impact of DK Dance Productions by working directly with our families, community, and teachers to create and implement engaging sales and customer service through phenomenal organization and reliability!

What you will do:

• Provide a WOW experience to our customers through personal and engaging email, phone calls, and in-person customer service.
• Help DK Dance Productions with various special projects related to customer service! There will be PLENTY of opportunities to learn and grow.
• No day will be the same… You are flexible and adaptable. You certainly won’t be bored!

Additional Information:

• Sales experience helpful
• Prior customer service experience is helpful.
• Computer and internet skills are required.
• Light bookkeeping skills are an asset
• Part-Time hours
• Must be willing to work 2-3 evenings per week & some weekend hours for events
