Divine Energy Solutions is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Foreman to lead our installation teams in delivering high-quality energy efficiency projects, including HVAC, insulation, and utility rebate-driven upgrades. As the Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on technical knowledge of residential and commercial energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support installation crews on all job sites.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to Divine Energy Solutions’ quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage workflow.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and utility program representatives.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide real-time solutions.
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all team members follow company safety protocols.
• Review job materials, plans, and scopes of work before project start.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout and after project completion.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory role (HVAC, insulation, construction, or energy efficiency industries preferred).
• General knowledge of insulation, or related trades.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project scopes.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
• BPI Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
