Caregiver – Nurse Sister Friend Home Care Agency
Location: Maryland
Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
About Us
At Nurse Sister Friend, we believe in Care for Every Woman at Every Stage.
We are a boutique, nurse-led home care agency devoted to helping women through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments — from navigating motherhood to fighting cancer, from recovering after surgery to aging with dignity.
Unlike traditional home care agencies, we provide personalized, women-centered care with fewer clients per caregiver, so our clients receive the attention, compassion, and dignity they deserve.
What Sets Us Apart
- Women Helping Women: Our caregivers share a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of women at every stage of life.
- Nurse-Led Oversight: All care plans are created and guided by licensed nurses for safety and quality.
- Specialized Women’s Services:
- Pregnancy & Postpartum Care – for mother alone or mother & baby
- Mom’s Daily Support – helping mothers manage household and childcare
- Post-Surgical Recovery – gentle, attentive care after procedures
- Cancer & Chronic Illness Support – focused on comfort and independence
- Aging & Senior Care – dignified, personalized assistance
- End-of-Life Support – compassionate presence for client and family
- Boutique Experience: Fewer clients per caregiver means more meaningful connections and attentive care.
