DabbleLab is searching for a helpful, organized, and cheerful Arts and Crafts Studio Assistant to support our instructors in delivering creative experiences for young makers. You’ll play a vital role in setting up projects, assisting kids with their crafts, and keeping the studio ready for inspiration at every turn. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Helper: Assist the instructor in leading fun, safe classes where every child feels supported.
- Project Prep: Set up and organize supplies, ensuring all materials are ready before class and cleanup goes smoothly afterward.
- Kid Support: Provide encouragement and guidance to kids as they work on projects, helping them stay engaged and have a blast.
- Studio Tidying: Help keep the studio organized, ensuring materials are stored neatly and everything’s in order.
- Inventory Assistant: Track supplies and alert the team when items need restocking.
- Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with students and parents, contributing to a warm, welcoming studio experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience with children is a plus but not required.
- Skills: A love for creativity, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Characteristics: Friendly, patient, and team-oriented, with a willingness to pitch in and adapt.
Salary
$15 - $20 per hour
