DabbleLab is looking for a friendly, organized Retail Store Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, is a natural multitasker, and has a passion for creative goods. You’ll help customers find unique items, check in students for classes, and keep the store looking its best. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales: Engage with customers, assist in selecting creative goods, and process sales with a smile.
- Class Check-In: Welcome students, check them in, and help them transition smoothly into class.
- Front Desk Support: Answer calls, handle inquiries, and help with class scheduling.
- Inventory Management: Restock products, assist with inventory counts, and keep shelves tidy.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment.
- Event Support: Help with events by setting up, assisting guests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Retail or customer service experience is ideal.
- Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills, and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- Characteristics: Friendly, helpful, and organized, with a passion for creativity and customer care.
Salary
$15 - $20 per hour
