Distinct Tax Consulting Group is a fast growing early-stage tax firm based in Georgia. Position Description:

You will create concepts and produce a wide range of brand marketing materials such as email marketing, social media posting, content creative, and flyer creation, alongside a team of talented creatives. We are looking for a collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who will help create both digital and print assets across multiple channels. Distinct Tax Consulting Group is 10 miles south of the Atlanta Airport, but we are open to remote as long as you can work part time between the hours of 8am-5pm EST.

You must be: 

• Highly Organized: You will take nebulous ideas and construct templates. You will take ideas and turn them into a process. You must be able to take different ideas and organize them into topics and visuals.
• An Expert Communicator: As a designer, you must explain why you made certain choices. You must be able to listen and understand the needs and then communicate back the strategy.
• Well versed in Indesign, Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop, Planoly, Facebook Business, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Google Plus: You will create and oversee the development of a range of branded materials, including emails, ads, infographics, pitch decks, and website updates and mocks.
• An Optimist: Someone with a can-do attitude, and with a great sense of humor.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Knowledge of / learn the company mission, vision, and values.

Basic Qualifications:

• An interest in both digital and print design
• A strong attention to detail
• Exceptional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
• Fluent in English 
• Experience with receiving and giving constructive feedback
• Superlative written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Illustration skills are a huge plus!
