Position Overview:

We are seeking a hungry, self-motivated Social Media Sales Agent to partner with us. This is a performance-based role for a "hunter" who wants to control their own paycheck. You will utilize your own social media strategies to drive qualified leads to our firm. We handle the service; you find the clients. There is no cap on how much you can earn—if you bring the leads, we pay the commission.

The Mission:

Your goal is to generate 3-5 qualified leads per day using organic social media outreach, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Use Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to identify and engage with business owners needing tax and accounting services.

• Social Selling: actively comment on prospective client posts, join groups, and utilize Direct Messages (DMs) to start conversations.

• Content Creation: Create and post your own content (Reels, Stories, Graphics) to attract attention and drive traffic to our booking links.

• Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for our Client Success team.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: $0 (This is a pure performance role).

• Commission: [Insert Amount, e.g., $50.00] for every Qualified Lead that books and attends a consultation.

• Closing Bonus: [Optional but recommended] Earn an additional % of the first month's revenue if the lead becomes a paying client.

• Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid [Weekly/Bi-Weekly] based on completed appointments.
