Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Leads daily shift operations across metal poster printing, quality inspection, and packaging. Directs staff, enforces safety rules, and ensures shift output and quality targets are met.
About the Role: The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager, manages daily floor operations for our metal poster manufacturing lines. In this leadership position, you will manage a team of operators, oversee print and packaging quality, enforce OSHA safety standards, and ensure your shift consistently meets daily output goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions & Duty Disclosure: Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for 8 to 12 hours per shift. Frequent bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and manual dexterity required. Work Environment:Active manufacturing environment with active machinery, UV/heat presses, moving conveyors, and high foot traffic. PPE (safety glasses, closed-toe shoes) required.
