  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve complex printing issues, including nozzle clogs, banding, ink delivery failures, and print head alignments; perform routine OIM/PM inspection plans to maximize equipment longevity.
  • Waste & Reprint Reduction: Monitor ink consumption, print media usage, and output quality to actively reduce scrap, minimize reprints, and report technical KPIs to department leadership.
  • Operator Mentorship & 5S: Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding Print Machine Operators on machine safety, standard operating procedures, and maintaining clean, organized workstations using 5S/6S and Kaizen principles.

Required Qualifications & Technical Experience:

  • Software & Systems: Proficient with digital print RIP software (e.g., Caldera, Ergosoft, or Durst Workflow Suite) and color management/ICC profile tools.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, background in print head maintenance, ink chemistry awareness, and proven technical problem-solving capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
