Discover Fun Camp is hiring a Partnership Development Manager to grow our presence across Washington, DC, Maryland, and surrounding communities. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for a relationship driven professional who wants flexible work with real impact by helping more children access enriching educational experiences.

As our primary growth and partnership development lead, you will identify, develop, and secure school and community partnerships that drive enrollment, expand program opportunities, and increase organizational revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new school and community partnership opportunities throughout DC, MD, and surrounding areas
• Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations to school administrators and community leaders
• Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that generate enrollment and program revenue
• Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships to maximize long-term engagement
• Represent Discover Fun Camp at networking events, community functions, and school visits
• Track partnership pipeline activity and report on progress toward growth goals
• Collaborate with camp leadership to align partnership opportunities with program capacity

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, community outreach, or partnership management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the Washington, DC and Maryland school and community landscape preferred
• Passion for youth programming, education, or child development strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required for school visits and in-person meetings
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, scheduling, Google Workspace or similar)

Compensation & benefits

• $25–$30 per hour based on experience
