Description
Responsibilities
- Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and specialty fencing systems.
- Dig and set fence posts using hand tools and equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment.
- Follow project plans, company standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and customers.
- Assist with site preparation, material staging, and project cleanup.
- Ensure all work meets Dirty N Sturdy Fencing quality standards.
Qualifications
- Construction or fencing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.

Salary
$17 - $20 per hour
