Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise fence installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within scope.
  • Train, mentor, and develop installers and Co-Foremen.
  • Conduct daily jobsite planning and task assignments.
  • Read and execute project layouts, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and company leadership.
  • Manage jobsite materials, equipment, tools, and inventory.
  • Complete project documentation, photos, inspections, and progress reports.
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of fencing or construction leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading crews and managing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain-link, and commercial fencing systems.
  • Ability to read plans, layouts, and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate equipment, trailers, and construction tools safely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor as needed.

Salary

$25 - $30 per hour
