Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Foreman in managing daily fence installation projects.
  • Lead crew members and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project.
  • Read and follow project layouts, scopes of work, and company standards.
  • Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management.
  • Assist with material staging, inventory control, and jobsite organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
  • Train and mentor new installers.
  • Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and fence installation.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process.
  • Assist with project documentation, photos, and final inspections.


Qualifications:


  • Previous fencing or construction experience required.
  • Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate equipment and power tools safely.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
