Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Foreman in managing daily fence installation projects.
- Lead crew members and ensure quality workmanship throughout the project.
- Read and follow project layouts, scopes of work, and company standards.
- Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and management.
- Assist with material staging, inventory control, and jobsite organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
- Train and mentor new installers.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and fence installation.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the installation process.
- Assist with project documentation, photos, and final inspections.
Qualifications:
- Previous fencing or construction experience required.
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate equipment and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Salary
$21 - $27 per hour
