We seek a motivated and experienced HVAC estimator and sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for HVAC projects and identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Also, this will be a remote work-from-home position. Starting, you must have your laptop with an additional monitor and dedicate space to work.

Key responsibilities include:
- Review all information gathered by the technicians and tech support to give our clients an accurate estimate
- Identifying and ordering the correct parts needed to complete the job.
- Creating and presenting detailed proposals to clients
- Collaborating with the team to ensure successful project execution
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and industry partners
- Attending trade shows, webinars, and industry events
The ideal candidate will have:
- Live within a 50-mile radius of Chicago
- A minimum of 10 Years in the HVAC field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating and sales
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Strong equipment repair and installation experience
- Fast typer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
