We are seeking an experienced HR coordinator to join our team and provide the best employee experience. Our ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Hiring: recruit, post job listings as needed, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: employee orientation, organizing employee training, completing, and collecting the proper paperwork necessary for onboarding/offboarding.
  • Benefits: negotiate/renew benefits, benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and questions.
  • Employee Relations: Assist management with employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate and current HR records in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Frequently reviewing regulations and recommending best practices.
  • Internal Events: Coordinate internal events for employees, such as company meetings, company cookout lunches, holidays, etc.
  • Company Policies: Enforce and maintain policies in the employee handbook, such as work-from-home policies, technology policies, sick policies, vacation policies, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • SHRM-CP applicants are highly desired.
