Digital Edge is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. The position is a client-facing role focused on providing administrative and customer service support for our agency’s account team and portfolio of clients. This includes being able to multitask, problem solve, manage multiple timelines and work across functions.


In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the senior account team in managing client accounts, building relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes maintaining a high-level awareness of client activities and communicating with client contacts on a day-to-day basis.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting senior account team members by organizing and executing a variety of day-to-day processes on behalf of the account team and their clients’ objectives
  • Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis via email in a professional, efficient manner
  • Work closely with our account and project teams to streamline client correspondence
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, meeting minutes and other client communications and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients’ programs of work, objectives and goals
  • Help keep the accounts running smoothly by processing client requests and escalating potential issues to the senior account team
  • Update our CRM with client/account contact information and notes
  • Conduct market research on prospective and newly-onboarded clients (comp set analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.)
  • Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship


Day-to-Day Duties

  • Communicate with clients
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
  • Review and compose correspondence
  • Field and process internal information requests
  • Assist with administrative needs for the senior account team


Essential Skills & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
  • One year of experience in the field
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for client satisfaction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management and CRM software is a plus


Salary

$43,000 - $48,000 per year
