Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who is energetic, organized, and data-driven to exceed client expectations.

The Role

You will support around 10 small and medium-sized B2B and B2C clients across healthcare, financial services, education, e-commerce, and others. This takes the ability to quickly shift attention and focus from one client to another and manage multiple tasks at once. Organizational skills are key.


You will be the day-to-day point of contact for several clients, keeping them updated, reporting results, answering their requests, and ensuring the delivery of great quality work. You’ll report to and have the support of the lead Account Manager and work closely with project management to help orchestrate projects internally.

Responsibilities:

  • Frequent communication with clients on the status of deliverables.
  • Provide well-thought-out emails and responses with helpful details and clear next steps. 
  • Detail-oriented notes and follow-ups internally and externally.
  • Work with managers across each functional area on tactical and strategic deliverables.
  • Support the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing deliverables. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing deliverables and success to clients every week.
  • Manage timelines of deliverables on the project management platform, Asana.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables before sending to the client.
  • Ensure timelines are being met with the foresight of progress alongside the Project Manager.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity within the client’s business.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise for clients. 


Qualifications:

Mandatory: 4+ years of direct employment (not as a consultant) with an account services title at a marketing agency. 

  • Digital marketing experience, including SEO, landing pages, PPC, email marketing automation, and reporting.
  • Experience working with B2B clients. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience overseeing the creation of marketing collateral, including white papers, webinars, content, email, banners/ads.
