This temporary contract position provides support to WeCo’s sales and client service functions by helping ensure essential processes continue to move efficiently and accurately during a period of employee leave. The role is best suited for a detail-oriented, organized individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining client documentation, updating Salesforce CRM records, assisting with proposal development and contract management, and supporting related sales and marketing activities as needed.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and current Salesforce CRM records, including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, timelines, and meeting notes.
  • Generate clear, error-free client proposals, quotes, and Scopes of Work using WeCo templates.
  • Respond to client inquiries the same day and route requests to the correct members of the team.
  • Follow up consistently with clients and prospective clients to support ongoing conversations.
  • Providing feedback and information to aid in marketing efforts.
  • Create reports from the Salesforce CRM to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
  • Prepare client Proposal and Scope of Work documents
  • Prepare Master Service Agreement Contracts and Change of Scope documents
  • Conduct research into potential industries and clients for prospecting needs.
  • Conduct competitor research and prepare competitive analysis reports.
  • Create slide deck presentations for potential and existing client proposal presentations.
  • Maintain and assist in the development of team Core Processes and Checklists.
  • Participate in continuous training and collaborate with teammates to improve internal processes and client experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Traits and Competencies

Education

  • Associate, Vocational or Trade School Degree or above

(documented successful experience in customer-facing role may replace this requirement)

Experience

  • Professional experience demonstrates good organizational skills.
  • Excels at tracking and managing data.
  • Takes pride in responsiveness and is meticulous about follow-up.
  • 2 years’ experience working in direct contact with customers.
  • 2 years’ experience working with CRM preferred. (Salesforce a plus.)
  • Project management experience Specialty Focus
  • Intermediate mastery of Microsoft Office 365 Tools: Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel

Certifications

  • Microsoft Office and/or CRM certifications a plus but not required

Achievements

  • Previous awards or recognition for customer service is a plus

Other Information regarding this role

Position Length and Time Commitment

This is a temporary, part-time, contract position with a commitment of 15-30 hours per week.

Location

This role will be performed remotely but may require attending meetings and working groups once or twice a week in our Stillwater, Minnesota office if located in the Twin Cities.

Salary

$25 - $27 per hour
