Title: Associate RDN Level I
Classification: Remote, Part Time
License: Licensed in multiple states preferred
Schedule: 3, 8 hour shifts per week + 1 hour unpaid lunch
Expected Start Date: Nov/Dec 2024
Salary & Benefits: $40 per client-facing hour (minimum 21 clients per week) and $25 per admin hour. Potential to go full-time salaried with benefits (including health benefits) after at least 3 months of satisfactory performance.
Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of outpatient counseling experience.

Job Duties:
- Performs 1:1 nutrition counseling services to patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes.
- Facilitate nutrition visits via phone/video/chat with a diverse population of clients.
- Supports behavior change among patients using motivational interviewing.
- Communicate with team members and external providers as necessary.
- Ensures timely completion of assessment/follow up notes and any other documents that may be needed or requested.
- Schedules and bills clients.
- Ensures that client notes are accurate and up to date.
- Attends weekly supervision and biweekly team meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of dietetics
- Active Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in at least 1 state (multiple states preferred)
- CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist) a plus
- Experience working with patients remotely and charting via telehealth platforms
- Must have experience working with patients with diabetes and pre-diabetes
- At least two years of active experience in diabetes MNT
- At least 1 year of outpatient counseling experience preferred
