DIA General Administrator - I Dallas, TX · Full time

Performs critical daily functions within affiliated companies. Essential role elements include inbound call handling/routing, daily payment processing and other general intake/onboarding of new accounts and/or clients, general servicing processing tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Additional/various production, support, and administrative functions are also assigned as needed.

Description

  • Candidate must be bilingual
  • Assists teammates in responding to all inbound call and/or electronic customer inquiries
  • Daily payment processing on regular/irregular payments
  • Assists walk-in customers and offers follow-up upon resolution
  • New legal client/title file onboarding and closing of all general elements across company systems
  • Assists team members with fulfillment of daily, weekly, monthly, annual customer statements, notices, and outbound call requirements
  • Assists teammates with occasional office tasks to ensure tidy office presentation and trash removal and other various responsibilities as assigned
  • Effectively use company's internal systems as required to assist team with meeting output requirements
  • Effectively communicate with team/supervisor to ensure output requirements met
  • New account intake and onboarding of all critical elements across company systems
