Description
At DHI Builds, Inc., we are dedicated to transforming houses into homes. As a premier residential remodel contractor, we specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as mobile/manufactured home repair and remodels. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting for showers, backsplashes, and floors.
Utilize electrical, drywall, and painting skills as needed to complete projects to the highest standards.
Work efficiently and skillfully to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both the team and clients.
Uphold a "Get stuff done" attitude and take initiative to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting.
Experience in electrical, drywall, and painting is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Commitment to working efficiently and delivering high-quality workmanship.

Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Experience with project management systems, specifically BuilderTrend, is an extra bonus.
Willingness to work on mobile homes, including performing leveling services which may require crawling under homes.
Strong proficiency in at least three trades.

Salary
$28 - $38 per hour
