Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of residential remodeling projects, from initial planning to final walkthroughs.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure work is being performed to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate client visions into actionable plans and ensure design intent is realized during construction.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services as needed to support project objectives.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and company management, keeping stakeholders informed of project status and any deviations from the original plan.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential remodeling or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve their best.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
