Devensoft is looking for a results-driven and collaborative Marketing Demand Generation Manager to work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management/Marketing colleagues to execute campaigns designed to bring awareness and lead the organization’s demand generation of net new business. In this role, you will oversee all promotion and lead generation activities that leverage the website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, and digital marketing. You will promote our product, generate leads, and help build overall brand awareness. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns – email, social media, paid, and other channels
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
  • Manage the marketing data stack including a qualified pipeline from marketing, funnel and content metrics, CPC, CAC, and website analytics
  • Work with product marketing (and creative) to own product landing page development
  • A/B tests on the website, landing pages, and ads
  • Execute tactical marketing decisions based on data (Cost per MQL, OKRs based on funnel projections, efforts based on chance)
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand-generation efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts
  • Monitor marketing industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Work with product marketing to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
  • Measure and report on the success of demand-generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
  • Seek events to build relationships and promote the company


Requirements and Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation with Hubspot
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Business and overall marketing acumen with strengths in project management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
